The only time your information is shared with a third party is when you explicitly authorize us to coordinate with your insurance carrier or a subcontractor directly involved in your restoration project. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary to complete your service.

Data Retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the service relationship, support any warranty or follow-up work, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations under Ohio contractor regulations. If you would like your information removed from our records and there is no outstanding legal or contractual reason to retain it, contact us and we will honor that request.

Your Privacy Rights
