Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025
This policy describes how DISS Restoration collects, uses, and protects information submitted through dissrestoration.com. It applies to visitors anywhere in the United States; where California residents are concerned, additional rights under the CCPA are noted below.
What We Collect
When you fill out a contact or estimate request form, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics data (pages visited, browser type, general location) through standard web analytics tools. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral ad networks, or session-recording software.
How We Use It
Your contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and — with your explicit authorization — coordinate documentation and billing with your insurance carrier. We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own commercial purposes.
Insurance Coordination
If you ask us to work directly with your insurance company, we will share relevant loss documentation (photos, moisture readings, scope of work) with that carrier on your behalf. We will not contact your insurer or release any documentation without your written or verbal authorization.
Retention
Contact and project records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes — typically aligned with Ohio’s standard contractor record-keeping expectations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@dissrestoration.com.
Your Rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA to request disclosure of what personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). All visitors may contact us to correct inaccurate information or ask questions about how their data is handled.

Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025
Using this website or requesting services from DISS Restoration means you agree to the terms below. The actual service relationship — what work will be performed, at what price, and under what conditions — is governed by the signed work-authorization form you receive before any project begins, not by these website terms.
Service Area
DISS Restoration operates in and around the Youngstown, Ohio area. Availability outside our standard service area is assessed case by case. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee service at a particular location.
Estimates
Any estimate, quote, or scope of work communicated verbally or in writing before a work-authorization form is signed is preliminary and non-binding. Conditions discovered during work — hidden moisture, concealed structural damage, materials requiring special handling — may require a revised scope. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules are specified in the signed work-authorization agreement. Questions about payment options can be directed to our office before work begins.
Insurance Coordination
We are experienced in working alongside insurance claims and can document losses, provide line-item estimates, and communicate with adjusters on your behalf. However, approval of a claim and the amount paid are decisions made by your insurance carrier, not by DISS Restoration. We cannot guarantee claim outcomes.
Liability
DISS Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under applicable Ohio state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations unrelated to our scope, or damage caused by events outside our control after project completion.
Disputes
If a concern arises about work performed, please contact us directly at info@dissrestoration.com or (724) 981-1441 so we have the opportunity to address it. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with Ohio law and the terms of the signed work-authorization agreement.
Accessibility Statement
DISS Restoration is committed to making dissrestoration.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. The site is built to be compatible with screen readers and keyboard navigation, and we work to ensure that images carry descriptive alt text, color contrast meets minimum thresholds, and forms are properly labeled.
If you encounter a barrier — a page that is difficult to navigate, a form that doesn’t work with your assistive technology, or content that isn’t accessible in the format you need — please let us know. You can reach us by email at info@dissrestoration.com or by phone at (724) 981-1441. We will make a good-faith effort to address reported issues within a reasonable timeframe and provide the information you need through an alternative means while any fix is in progress.
